Seventh grade students from the district’s three middle schools compete in the Bloomington Civics Bee culminating in the finals held in January at Civic Plaza. The event is co-hosted by the LWV and Bloomington Public Schools.

Members of the Bloomington LWV help register new citizens to vote at their naturalization ceremonies.

The Bloomington LWV participates in the Adopt-a-Drain program and encourages Bloomington residents to join.

The Bloomington LWV often hosts a table at the Bloomington Farmers Market where citizens can register to vote and learn about voting.

The LWVB distributes our multi-language voting fliers during the annual Bloomington Heritage Days parade.

The Bloomington LWV registers eligible students and adults attending school conferences and events.

In the Fall, members of the LWVB distribute LWV Voter guides to households in select Bloomington precincts.
